As a Tony Robbins Certified Results Coach and Business Results Trainer, I am committed to helping clients create extraordinary breakthroughs—fast. My coaching is direct, compassionate, and deeply transformational, designed to help individuals and business leaders eliminate what’s holding them back and step into their highest potential.
Originally from Northern Ireland, I now live on the East Coast of Florida—just a short distance from Tony himself—because I believe proximity is power. Being close to the source allows me to stay fully immersed in the Robbins environment, regularly attending events and sharpening my skills so I can deliver the most powerful coaching experience possible.
I’m happily married to my husband, Brian, a former monk turned spiritual director, who now runs his own business helping others deepen their spiritual lives. Together, we’ve intentionally designed a purpose-driven life by the beach—anchored in faith, fueled by growth, and devoted to service. As Christians, our shared spiritual foundation strengthens not only our marriage but also our mission to help others transform from the inside out.
My coaching draws on an intuitive understanding of human behavior, a deep sensitivity to the masculine and feminine dynamic, and a powerful blend of empathy, experience, and strategic thinking. In 2008, a friend introduced me to the work of Tony Robbins. I was curious—I listened, I reflected—but I didn’t yet realize the seeds being planted.
Then, in 2013, everything changed.
I was coming out of a brutal seven-year battle with ulcerative colitis that led to major surgery. I was physically depleted, emotionally exhausted, and spiritually lost. My identity felt stripped away.
That’s when I made a powerful decision that would change everything:
I attended my first Unleash the Power Within.
And in that room, something inside me came alive again.
I changed my story.
I stepped into a new identity.
And for the first time in years, I felt truly free.
The experience was electric. The breakthroughs were undeniable. For me, UPW felt like heaven on earth. I cried tears of freedom as I remembered who I was always meant to be.
From that point forward, I dove in fully. I followed Tony around the world—from West Palm Beach to London to Sydney. In 2015, I was in the room when I Am Not Your Guru was filmed. And in that moment, something clicked deeply in my soul:
“This is what I’m meant to do.”
That same year, I enrolled in Robbins-Madanes Training and became certified in Strategic Intervention Coaching. I launched my first coaching practice—Earth Angel Ireland—working with women and families in my home country. In a culture where therapy often carried stigma, coaching became the bridge: a powerful, approachable way to help people rise.
A Personal Invitation from Tony
In 2018, I felt called to reach out to Tony directly. I wrote a heartfelt letter to thank him for the way his work had changed my life.
To my amazement, he responded—with a personal voice note.
In it, he invited me to be his guest at Unleash the Power Within. And when I met him in person…
He extended a second, even more generous invitation:
Date with Destiny.
That second Date with Destiny was absolutely life-defining.
It was there that I embraced the power of my feminine energy—something I had long suppressed. I released old patterns. I softened. I aligned with my true self.
And not long after that, because I had done the inner work and was finally in full alignment…
I met the man who would become my husband.
We fell in love. We got married.
And today, we serve together—in life, love, and business.
Without that experience, I truly believe our paths never would have crossed.
Stepping Into the Robbins Coaching World
During COVID, I brought my coaching practice fully online, expanding my reach globally—and stepping into the next chapter of my Robbins journey.
I was invited to become a Results Coach for Tony Robbins.
This wasn’t just a job—it was a full-body, full-heart immersion.
To qualify, I completed a three-month, full-time, intensive training with some of the top trainers in the world. It was demanding. It was transformational.
I didn’t just study the tools.
I lived them. I embodied them.
Shortly after, I was honored again—with a promotion to Business Results Trainer, delivering Tony’s tools and strategies to high-level entrepreneurs, executives, and mission-driven leaders around the world.
The very teachings that transformed my life—
Now, I use them to transform others.
